I went to see the Doc last night after work, He says things are lookin........ better. I couldn't get him to use the word good

Oh well, at least we're headed that way.
So I went to the gym last night to do a little "rehab". Kinda embarrassing to see a 240lb guy in the glamour bell section. I'll explain that, every gym you go to there's a free weight section that has chrome dumbells. Those are the tiny ones 3,5,8,10,15 lb dumbells. We've just always reffered to them as glamour bells, anyway, thats where I had to be. Started off with 3lbs to loosen everything up. The chest felt decent,not great, but I feel a good thing all in all. I went as high as the 8's but that stretched things a bit too much so I had to back off. Besides Mrs. Body was getting mad. "I'm not gonna be your Damn nurse-maid if you don't let that heal" Oh well I spent the rest of the night on the treadmill trying to "trim" down a bit.
I'm using this blog as journal to myself to be able to go back and look at my progress for my injury. So if it sounds self-serving, in a way I guess it is, sorry. Isn't that what blogs are for? Kind of like a diary that you don't mind if others read? What I guess I'm getting at is, if this is boring I'm sorry. I've never been injured like this before and rehab is something I'm very unfamiliar with. So if nobody wants to read this I'm ok with that too.
